In article number 2011130, Yuan Li and co‐workers present a minimally invasive anti‐obesity treatment system that supports local targeting of adipose tissues. The microneedles successfully deliver pepper sourced compound‐capsaicin (Cap) loaded a‐lactalbumin micelles into subcutaneous adipocytes, promoting the “burning” anti‐lipogenesis effect of fat cells by Cap. This delivery system selectively targets adipose and could represent a non‐invasive approach for treating obesity.
