Picolinate/picolinic acid compounds are an important class of synthetic auxin herbicides. To explore the herbicidal activity of 6‐pyrazolyl picolinate compounds, a series of 3‐chloro‐6‐pyrazolyl‐picolinate derivatives was designed and synthesized.
