In article number 1902889, Ho Cheung Shum and co‐workers design an automated microfluidic system to perform on‐demand droplet collection. The high efficiency of this technique enables the capture of single cells to probe the heterogeneity among large populations. This work provides a new strategy for in‐depth analysis of individual droplets and the incorporated contents.
