【重要研究成果】
系列逆磷脂产品已经完成中试,纯度达到99%以上(HPLC,NMR),原创性工作,拥有自主产权;自主研发的“多柔比星-逆磷脂脂质体注射液”制剂,在无需PEG化磷酯辅助条件下,动物实验评价已经到临床用药治疗效果,已经实现规模化的稳定生产。
