钟蕾 食品科学与工程博士    

2011年6月获南京农业大学食品质量与安全学士学位,2020年6月获南京农业大学食品科学与工程博士学位,博士期间在加拿大农业与农业食品部圭尔夫研究中心访学两年。2020年9月至今,就职于南京中医药大学药学院。

从事食品生物技术的研究工作,利用食品微生物对食品中的真菌毒素进行生物降解。主持江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项,发表SCI论文9篇。
