Zhang Yongchang, male, Ph.D., Associate Professor, and Master's Supervisor. He graduated from the School of Mechanical and Electronic Control Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University. He is currently the Director of the Scientific Research Management Department at the College of Transportation, Inner Mongolia University. His research interests are aligned with the national "Dual Carbon" strategy, focusing on energy efficiency, environmental protection, and safety in the fields of transportation, vehicles, and related areas, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence. His past research directions include energy management for new energy vehicles, vehicle aerodynamics, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in these fields. He has led one national-level research project and two provincial and ministerial-level projects, and has published more than ten academic papers.
