教育背景:

2004.9-2008.7:中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究  所与西安交通大学联合培养,生物化学与分子生物学专业,博士。

2001.9-2004.8:西安交通大学,生物化学与分子生物学专业,硕士1997.9-2001.8: 西安工程大学,纺织工程,学士。

工作经历:

1. 2017.12-现在:  副研究员,中国科学院上海营养与健康研究所,从事肝肿瘤及其肿瘤免疫、糖尿病等代谢性疾病的代谢与调控机制的研究。

2. 2013.7-2017:助理研究员,中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所,从事代谢酶ALDOB等作为抑癌基因,通过上调磷酸戊糖(PPP)代谢途径促进肝肿瘤的发展的研究。

3. 2010.6-2012.8:博士后,Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute(La Jolla, CA ,USA)癌症中心做博士后,开展蛋白酶PKCZ激活serine代谢途径并促进其大肠癌发展的研究。

4. 2008.9-2010.5: 博士后,中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所,从事微生物产氢的生物能源的研究。

科研兴趣:

主要从事乳腺癌、大肠癌和肝癌等肿瘤及其糖尿病等代谢性疾病的代谢组学及其信号传导的分子调控机制的研究。目前主要聚焦于肝癌、肝肿瘤微环境的免疫代谢及其调控的信号分子机制的研究。我基于现代质谱技术的代谢组学和脂质组学平台,发展了稳定同位素的13C-flux代谢流量技术和代谢组学方法相结合,深层次的实时示踪代谢性疾病(如癌症、糖尿病、肥胖等)病人组织、血液、尿液及其小鼠各组织和细胞胞内的代谢变化及其分子调控机制。其主要研究成果在CellNature cancerHepatologyRedox biologyJBC等重要期刊上,共发表20多篇研究文章.
