Natural products have historically been incredible as a source and inspiration for drug discovery. Owing to lack of high-throughput capability, studies has been disfavored during the past 3 decades. Our group focus on developing new strategies for efficient chemical synthesis and target profiling to solve bottleneck problems towards the therapeutic development of bioactive natural products.
