Lin Sun
Associate Professor
Sun Lin, Associate Professor, holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Nanjing University and completed post-doctoral research there. He serves as a master's supervisor at Nanjing University, Changzhou University, and Yancheng Institute of Technology. He was selected as an outstanding young core teacher in the Jiangsu Blue Project in 2023 and is a technology deputy director for the Jiangsu Province High-level Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Introduction Plan (2018, 2023). Sun Lin is also recognized as a high-level talent, specifically a "2311" talent at Yancheng Institute of Technology. He has led six projects at the national and provincial levels, including the National Natural Science Foundation, Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and Jiangsu Provincial Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization Special Fund. Sun Lin's primary research focuses on the design, synthesis, and mechanism investigation of electrode materials for secondary batteries. He has published over 60 SCI papers in renowned international journals such as Chemical Society Reviews, Advanced Functional Materials, Energy Storage Materials, Small, and Nano Research. His papers have been cited over 2000 times, and he has an H-index of 25.
