Our lab focuses on metagenomics methods and food microbiome. Metagenomics methods is the fundamental infrastructure for this field. We now working on the method optimization in sequencing library preparation, synthetic community, and sterile culture system, to provide an effective research system for revealing the function of the microbiome.
