Liu Hongzhuo, female, born in April 1979, is a professor of pharmacy and doctoral supervisor of Wuya Innovation College of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. In June 2002, she graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University with a bachelor's degree in Japanese pharmacy. In June 2007, she graduated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University with a Ph.D. in pharmacy. From August 2010 to January 2012, she went to the University of Cincinnati School of Pharmacy for postdoctoral research. In 2022, she went to the University of British Columbia in Canada for a short-term visit. Now she is mainly engaged in the development of new vaccines and adjuvants, and realizes the regulation of the immune system with the help of smart materials and nanotechnology, so as to explore new vaccines and therapies. She has presided over scientific research projects including 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects and a number of provincial and municipal projects, and participated in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" major new drug creation special projects and "13th Five-Year Plan" major new drug creation special projects. She has published more than 40 SCI papers at home and abroad, submitted more than 10 patent applications, authorized 6 projects, won the 2015 Sanofi Young Biopharmaceutical Award of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, and was selected as one of the 100 talents level of Liaoning Province Millions of Talents Project in 2018
