Linsheng Liu Associate Professor School of Electronic and Information Engineering/School of Integrated Circuits, GXNU
Linsheng Liu obtained his Bachelor's from Lanzhou University in 2002, and then graduated from Lanzhou University/Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences(joint-Ph.D. program) with a Ph.D. degree in 2007. He is currently an associate professor and master supervisor of Guangxi Normal University. He is a member of IEEE/ member of IEEE Photonics Society , member of Chinese Institute of Electronics, senior member of Guangxi Institute of Electronics, and member of GAAI(Guangxi Association for Artificial Intelligence). He has worked in many famous research institutes and universities at home and abroad for many years, for example, French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas(FORTH), Institute of Semiconductors, CAS and Paris-Sud University/ University of Paris Saclay（12th--ARWU 2024, 30th--US News 2019 in the world）. He has published more than 40 papers in domestic and foreign journals, and these papers have been cited more than 550 times. The research interests of his group are the synthesis of III-V nanowires and metal NPs by plasma method, and related device applications. He is the PI of a NSFC(National Natural Science Foundation of China) project, Beijing overseas students science and technology activities project and Guangxi education department project. He participated in many research projects, such as the key research and development projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, etc.
