The GUO group focuses the research interest on supramolecular biomedical materials. Supramolecular chemistry refers to the chemistry based on intermolecular non-covalent interactions and studies the recognition and assembly behavior between two or more molecules. We apply the fundamental principles of supramolecular chemistry to create enhanced diagnostics, therapeutics and theranostics.
