二、 应聘条件
1. 在国内外获得博士学位,品学兼优、身体健康;年龄一般在35周岁及以下,特别优秀者可适当放宽;
2. 具有较强科研能力和良好的团队协作精神,对岗位研究方向感兴趣;具有较为丰富的电化学、电催化及相关领域的研究经历。
三、待遇
1. 基础薪酬:由学校和团队共同提供,资助标准一般为25-35万元/年;
注:若入选“博新计划或国际交流计划引进项目(年薪40万+)
2.学校提供博士后公寓(免租金);
3.享受学校教职工子女入园入学政策,享受四川省博士后子女择校政策;
4.在站期间可以申请职称评审;
5.鼓励和支持博士后在站期间到国外开展合作研究;
6.优秀者可聘任为学校教师(如申请电子科大“百人计划”特聘研究员)

六、合作导师简介
王斌,电子科技大学基础前沿院教授,博导。复旦大学博士毕业,美国加州大学伯克利分校/美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室博士后研究员。研究成果以第一作者或通信作者在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials,Advanced Energy Materials,Energy Environmental Science,Nano Energy,Materials Today,Energy Storage Materials, JACS等国际著名杂志发表文章80余篇。相关研究成果入选3rd IUPAC International Symposium on NMS-III的最佳贡献奖,院学术年会Top20和中国产学研合作促进创新奖。曾入选国家特聘青年专家,四川省特聘专家,并入选四川省青年联合会常务理事,中国能源学会专家委员会新能源材料专家委员和获得美国化学会会员荣誉奖(Certificate of ACS Membership Award),院优秀毕业生和北京市优秀毕业生指导老师,指导2名学生分别获得国际会议的“Outstanding Poster Award”和多人次获得院特别优秀奖学金、优秀学术报告、院优秀毕业生和北京市优秀毕业生等荣誉。
