Dr. Jiaqi Wang obtained his Bachelor's degree from Jiangsu University in June 2015 and the Ph.D. in Computational Materials Science from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville, in May 2020. Starting from September 2020, he engaged in postdoctoral research and served as a Research Assistant Professor at Westlake University. From October 2023, he became an Assistant Professor at the Wisdom Lake Academy of Pharmacy of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. His research focuses on computational materials science and artificial intelligence, aiming to accelerate the basic scientific research of peptides and proteins. Dr. Wang has published more than 20 papers as the first author or co-first author in leading journals such as Nature Communications, Advanced Science, and JACS Au. He has also led projects as the principal investigator, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Young Scientists, the Postdoctoral Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, and the general project of the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province.
