本课题组致力于新方法、新配体、新催化剂、新试剂的开发,以实现不饱和烃类和生命基础小分子等大宗化学品的高效官能团化。目前特别关注两个领域的策略应用,一是探究过渡金属参与实现的非经典ƞ3-取代反应。二是探索活性分子如糖、核酸的高选择性的合成和修饰。同时,通过深入的机理研究,理解和指导新反应、新课题的提出。
