Our research group focuses on infectious diseases and cancer, using bioactive natural products as the tools. We have developed various efficient and selective synthetic methods for natural product frameworks, constructed a diverse library of focused natural products, obtained several unique bioactive natural product candidates, and identified and confirmed the targets and mechanisms of novel structured natural products.
