Molecular & Cellular Toxicology publishes original research and reviews in all areas of the complex interaction between the cell´s genome (the sum of all genes within the chromosome), chemicals in the environment, and disease. Acceptable manuscripts are the ones that deal with some topics of environmental contaminants, including those that lie in the domains of analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, and toxicology with the aspects of molecular and cellular levels. Emphasis will be placed on toxic effects observed at relevant genomics and proteomics, which have a direct impact on drug development, environmental health, food safety, preventive medicine, and forensic medicine. The journal is committed to rapid peer review to ensure the publication of the highest quality original research and timely news and review articles.

The Korea Society of Toxicogenomics and Toxicoproteomics (KSTT)
In order to contribute to the interests of society in general, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Management of Public Corporations, this Society applies the cutting-edge theories and technologies of molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and bioinformatics to toxicology to further promote academic contributions in medicine, agriculture, veterinary medicine, food, environment, health, etc. It aims to improve public health, well-being, safe-being, and the environmental ecosystem, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

As the main promotion of the society, more than 25% of the society budget was allocated for SCI registration for globalization of the journal. In addition, this society is planning to consideration of the revitalization of workshops, activation of short-term training courses, activation of educational certification programs, publication of booklets under the name of society, planning and operation of international conferences that make foreign scholars want to participate, and furthermore, considering the study of everyday life, and planning to activate Risk Communication with consumer groups and help the underprivileged. As the articles of association and operating policies of this society are already widely known, we will work hard to grow together by establishing a framework in a developmental direction, receiving a lot of stimulation from existing societies.
