Current ResearchProfessor Jiang's research interests cover environmental science and toxicology and health research, involving chemical forms, analytical instruments, environmental processes, toxicology and health, and environmental applications and effects of nanotechnology. BiographyProfessor Guibin Jiang is an Academician for both the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the World Academy of Sciences, and deputy director of the 13th CPPCC Committee of Population, Resources and Environment. He is also a research fellow at the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and serves as the Chairman of the China Association for Instrumental Analysis, the Dean of the College of Resources and Environment, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology. He has led the establishment of the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology and has participated in the Antarctic and Arctic scientific expeditions. He has published nearly 1,000 papers in SCI journals, and presented more than 700 conference reports or invited reports at domestic and foreign academic conferences, well-known universities and research institutions.
