The CJAE provides a forum for scholarship in agricultural, resource, and environmental economics. The CJAE publishes a range of theoretical, applied and policy-related articles. Emphasis is largely on topics of interest to Canadian audiences; however, manuscripts that focus on issues in other countries that provide a methodological, theoretical, or Canadian-related empirical contribution are also of interest.
