Lab. of Quantum Material and Physics
Prof. Dr. Liujiang Zhou received his Ph.D. in 2014 from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Then he performed postdoctoral research at University of Bremen, Germany and at Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA. He has been a professor at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China since 2019. His research focuses on optoelectronic materials and devices, semiconductor materials, new energy materials, light-matter interaction, computational condensed matter physics & materials, as well as applications of artificial intelligence in materials, growth of crystals, wise information technology of 120 (WIT 120), etc.
