Congratulations to Professor Yufei Zhao for being selected as one of the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University in the United States. The list is mainly divided into "career-long impact" and "single-year impact". Among them, "career long impact" focuses on the influence of researchers throughout their academic career so far, while "annual impact" focuses on the academic achievements of researchers in the current year. 62 people from Beijing University of Chemical Technology were selected for the "career-long impact list", and 144 people were selected for the "2024 single-year impact list". Professor Yufei Zhao was successfully selected for both lists.

This list is based on the Scopus database's citation data system analysis, using six comprehensive indicators including citation count, H-index, and HM factor. Based on "career-long impact" and "single-year impact", the top 2% of scientists in the world were selected from nearly 7 million scientists, divided into 22 fields and 174 sub molecular fields, providing a measurement index for scientists' long-term scientific research performance and reflecting their academic influence more objectively and authentically.
