主要学术成果:
(1)针对零级药物释放难实现的问题,提出了动态膜解离释放药物的新机理,发展了动态膜零级药物释放平台,实现了多肽等多种药物的零级释放。
(2)针对水凝胶传感器响应慢的问题,提出了Fabry-Perot薄膜干涉等多种光学传感新方法,实现了水凝胶快速光学传感。
(3)针对多细胞球制备难的问题,提出了温敏可逆水凝胶及溶胀起皱图案化水凝胶膜制备多细胞球的新方法,实现了多细胞球的大量、可控制备。
(4)针对蛋白印迹聚合物领域面临的两大难题,利用多肽的helix-coil转变,实现了印迹空腔的纳米形状记忆,同时解决了蛋白印迹聚合物模板去除难和印迹效率低的难题,发展了选择性高、吸附容量大、可在温和条件下洗脱的新型蛋白印迹聚合物。
(5)提出了添加剂-高分子相互作用的距离效应理论,通过缩短分子间距离极大提高了添加剂对高分子温敏行为的影响,实现了高分子从非温敏到温敏的转变。
