Yuepeng Sun Professor School of Ecology and Environment
I am a faculty member in the School of Ecology and Environment at Inner Mongolia University. I received my Ph.D degree in Environmental Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University, China. My research is towards understanding microbes that may jeopardize or/and protect environmental quality and human health. Particular, I am interested in microbial communities relevant to the contaminant biotransformation, antibiotic resistance, energy production and human health. The ultimate objectives are toward designing and optimizing environmental engineering systems for inactivating the pathogens, controlling the transmission of pathogenic units and antibiotic resistance.
