课题组致力于通过合成生物学技术、代谢工程、人工智能等策略设计和构建高效细胞工厂用于生产各类高附加值产品(维生素、生物药、天然产物、化工品、蛋白制品等);生物传感器用于菌株进化高通量筛选和生物检测;肠道益生菌的精准个性化治疗策略。
具体研究内容包括:
a) 代谢调控优化细胞工厂;
b) 级联生物催化途径的设计与开发;
c) 生物传感器的设计与开发;
d) 植物天然产物生源途径的解析与微生物异源合成;
e) 益生菌的精准设计与疾病治疗。

RESEARCH AREA:
By employing synthetic biology and metabolic engineering principles, our group focuses on devising efficient microbial cell factory for chemical productions, developing biosensors for highthroughput screening and bio-detection and probiotics-based disease treatment. More specifically, a) metabolic regulation toward more efficient cell factories; b) cascaded enzyme catalysis; c) biosensor design; d) pathway elucidation and microbial synthesis of plant natural products; e) probiotics-based disease treatment.
