Yu Liu Research Professor School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Hefei University of Technology
Prof. Dr. Yu Liu started his Ph.D. studies at the University of Barcelona (UB)- Catalonia Institute for Energy Research (IREC) in 2014 under the supervision of Prof. A. Cabot and received the Ph.D. degree with the highest category jury unanimous “Excellent Cum Laude” in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, he worked at Institute of Science and Technology Austria (IST Austria) in Prof. M. Ibáñez group with funding from the Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant (2018-2020). His research focuses on the bottom-up engineering of chalcogenide nanostructures applied for the development of high-performance thermoelectric materials and understanding the parameters. After that, he started working at Hefei University of Technology as a research professor from 2021.10.
