成果及论文

    本课题组聚焦于生物大分子,

综合利用机器学习、分子模拟、化学合成等手段,

探究其结构与功能背后的分子机理

 一、代表性成果

       1、针对蛋白质,构建并优化了不同空间分辨率的粗粒化模型,并应用在蛋白质折叠及偶联物构象分布等方面;

       2、与实验同行合作,预测并合理解释了胰岛素控制释放及有机小分子自组装的潜在机制;

       3、利用纳米胶囊技术,大幅度提升了生物酶及纳米酶的催化性能,并成功应用于有机污染物的催化降解 。
