Professor Yang Fang is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Jilin University, and a Class A Overseas PhD Talent introduced by Jilin University. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Jilin University and his PhD from the University of South Carolina, USA. He conducted postdoctoral research at the University of South Carolina and Carnegie Mellon University. After joining the Key Laboratory of Molecular Enzymology and Engineering of the Ministry of Education at Jilin University, he has led more than ten national and provincial-level projects. To date, he has published over 30 SCI papers in internationally renowned academic journals. Professor Yang’s current research focuses on novel bio-detection and analysis techniques based on microfluidic systems: (1) microfluidic rapid mixing and mass transfer technology; (2) microfluidic liquid biopsy technology; (3) microfluidic micro-nano material synthesis technology.
