Xiahong Xu
Prof. Xiahong Xu. She obtained her PhD degree from State Key Laboratory of Chemo/Biosensing and Chemometrics, Hunan University, and worked in Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and then visited Duke University as a visiting scholar. She has engaged in developing sensitive and rapid detection methods for food safety. Currently, she has published more than 20 papers as first or corresponding author and presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects. She was selected as the "Outstanding Young Agricultural Scientist" by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China in 2018.
