Jiangxin Wang Professor SoftE Lab

Dr. Wang obtained his B.S. from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2010 and his PhD from the University of Nanyang Technological University, in 2015. Dr. Wang worked as a research fellow in the School of Materials Science and Engineering in NTU until 2020. Afterward, he joined the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) as an Assistant Professor. In 2021, Dr. Wang joined Sichuan University as a Professor. His research focuses on the study and development of materials and strategies to enable soft electronics in conductors, sensors, electroluminescent devices, and actuators. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers in high-profile journals, including Advanced Materials, Nature Communications, Material Today, Accounts of Chemical Research, Advanced Energy Materials, and ACS Nano etc.
