Xinyi Wang Professor School of Life and Health, Dalian University

Professor Wang graduated from Peking University with a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology and has conducted postdoctoral research and academic visits at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology and Philipps University of Marburg in Germany. Currently, he serves as the academic leader of the Biotechnology program at the School of Life and Health, Dalian University. His research primarily focuses on the intersection of materials chemistry and biomedical science, including bio-sensing analysis, precise control of nano-bio interfaces, and functional design of biomedical materials. Dr. Wang has led or participated in 13 projects supported by the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and provincial-level research programs. He has also published 50 papers in international academic journals.

We focus on three research directions: (1) bio-sensing analysis, (2) precise control of nano-bio interfaces, (3) functional design of biomedical materials. Our workes aim to address significant scientific challenges in fields such as human health, agricultural production, and environmental protection. Moreover, our team actively engages in industrial collaborations and application exploration.
