Qisheng Wang Professor Lab of Physics and Integration of Semiconductor Optoelectronics Device
Qisheng Wang is the professor and doctoral supervisor from Nanchang University of China. He was awarded as the National Talent Youth Program in 2021. He leads a group of Semiconductor Optoelectronic Device Physics and Integration lab in Nanchang University, which devotes to the research of basic physics of semiconductor optoelectronic devices and its application in opto-electromechanical systems. He graduated from the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in January 2016 and was a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from February 2016 to May 2019. By 2020, he has presided over the Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Youth Project of Jiangxi Double Thousand Plan. Up to now, he has published 19 SCI papers in the field of optoelectronic semiconductor fabrication, detection and storage devices as the first author and corresponding author, including Science Advances (1 article), Advanced Materials (5 articles), Nano Letters (4 articles), ACS Nano (2 articles), Advanced Sciences (1 article), Applied Physics Letters (2 articles), Journal of Physics Chemistry C(1 article).
