张文涛 副教授 博士生导师    

       张文涛,博士,副教授,博士生导师。入选博士后创新人才支持计划、陕西省高校科协青年人才托举计划、仲英青年学者、全球2%顶尖科学家。担任Foods编委/客座编委、Bio Integration编委、《保鲜与加工》青年编委等。

二、主要研究方向

食品安全控制:基于纳米催化(酶学/光学)的食品生物危害防控;基于食品纳米酶学的食品质量与安全快速检测;生物源活性成分的发掘及纳米化改性。

三、教学工作

 承担本科生《食品分析与检验》、《食品科技英文写作》及研究生《高级食品化学》、《食品化学进展》、《食品现代分析技术》、《食品科学研究生Seminar》等课程。指导多名研究生荣获“优秀硕士学位论文”,主持教改项目1项,副主编出版教材1部,获校级教学成果一等奖1项。
