马敏,女,1983年7月出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。
研究方向
毕业于南开大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,研究方向为食品安全快速检测。主要致力于在食品中农药残留、亚硝酸盐及重金属污染,食源性致病菌、真菌毒素等化学、生物污染物的快速检测技术研究。基于灵敏快速的电化学分析检测技术,在复杂食品样品中微量污染物的快速检测分析方面取得了一定的研究成果。
开设课程
承担《食品微生物学》和《食品现代分析技术》等课程的教学工作。
