面向转化医学的细胞表面化学生物学

       细胞表面化学生物学即采用化学手段在细胞表面引入外源性化学小分子或者材料大分子以调节细胞功能和识别生物材料,它有望嫁接生命和非生命体系,从分子层次调控细胞-材料表界面发展疾病的精准诊疗策略,是化学、生物学和医学交叉融合的新兴研究方向。

1. 可视细胞表面过程

        化学修饰细胞表面以识别和干预肿瘤细胞,提出癌症诊疗新思路(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2021, 60(12), 6509-6517;Anal. Chem., 2018, 90(11), 6556–6562)。

2. 可控细胞表面功能
