Yan Long (Autumn 2018 – Autumn 2019) completed her master's degree of engineering under the supervision of Prof. Hu at The Ohio State University. Before joining OSU, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Central South University. Her area of interest is developing resilient materials and devices to survive under extreme events. Her thesis will focus on the reconfigurable structural system for the sustainable urban environment. She is a huge fan of Lego and Marvel.
