Perovskite Solar Cells
The research work primarily involves the charge separation and transport mechanisms of thin-film solar cells, including dye-sensitized solar cells and perovskite solar cells. By combining photoelectrochemical measurement techniques with simulation methods, the interface charge transfer behavior of new types of organic-inorganic hybrid solar cells is elucidated on a micro to meso scale, thereby obtaining a scientific means to enhance charge separation. A solar cell simulation software named Sol-COME has been designed and developed, enabling the prediction of output power and device failure analysis of solar cells and modules under simulated sunlight and real irradiation. I have received the second prize of Tianjin Natural Science Award (as the second completer), presided over and participated in several National Natural Science Foundation projects, published more than 30 high-level papers, and obtained 3 authorized invention patents. I have led multiple corporate cooperation projects, mainly involving the development and measurement technology research of high-performance energy storage batteries and photovoltaic cell processes.
