He is mainly engaged in the research of green preparation, photocatalytic properties, magnetic properties and electrochemical behavior of nano/micron structured materials. He has been published in ACS Sustainable Chem. Eng., ACS Applied Nano Materials, Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering, Journal of Solid State Chemistry, Journal of Materials Science, Industrial & Engneering Chemistry Research. Journal of Materials Science, Industrial ＆ Engneering Chemistry Research, J. Alloy and compounds, Journal of Materials Science, Material Letters, Cer He has published more than 100 papers in SCI journals at home and abroad, and has been awarded the first prize of Science and Technology Progress in Gansu Province and the "555" Innovative Talents Award in Gansu Province, and 10 invention patents.
He has presided over one regional project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, three natural science projects in Gansu Province, and two natural science support projects in Gansu Province. He has been invited as a reviewer for Material Letters, Ceramics Internantional, J. Alloy and compounds, Journal of Hazardous Materials and other international journals.
