Nanobiological analysis
Dr. Li Shang received his B.Sc. (2004) from Wuhan University and his Ph.D. in Chemistry (2010, supervisor: Prof. Shaojun Dong) from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2010, he joined the group of Prof. G. Ulrich Nienhaus, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany, as a Humboldt fellow and then as a Research Associate. In 2016, he became a Professor in School of Materials Science and Engineering, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. His research interests include fluorescent nanoprobes, biosensors and nano-bio interactions. So far, Dr. Li Shang has published more than 80 research papers in international academic journals(such as Nat. Chem. , Nano Today, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Funct. Mater. and so on), among which 9 papers have been selected as highly cited papers in ESI with a citation frequency of over 8000 times and an H-index of 45. Prof. Li Shang has been invited to serve as the young editorial board of China Chemical Letters(English edition) and a review expert of more than 40 SCI journals.
