Upcycling of plastic wastes
Dr. Bocheng Qiu received his Bachelor’s degree from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2012 and his Ph.D. from East China University of Science and Technology in 2017. Following his doctoral studies, he engaged in postdoctoral research in the Department of Applied Physics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, he joined into Nanjing Agricultural University as an independent principle investigator. To date, he has published over 60 SCI papers, which have been cited more than 7,600 times (Google Scholar), with an h-index of 40. Among these publications, he has authored or co-authored over 30 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in prestigious international journals such as Chem. Soc. Rev., Nat. Water., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (2), Adv. Mater., Energy Environ. Sci., Nano Lett., Adv. Funct. Mater. (2), ACS Catal. (2), Mater. Horiz., Adv. Sci., Small (4), Appl. Catal. B:Environ. (2), J. Mater. Chem. A (4), with 12 papers selected as “ESI Highly Cited Papers” and 3 papers as “Top 0.1% Hot Articles.” He serves as the principal investigator for multiple research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has also been invited to serve as Youth Editorial Board Member for journals such as EcoMat, Nano Research Energy, and Materials Futures.
