潘旻，东南大学医学院讲师，生物医学工程博士。主要从事外周血游离核酸的样本制备、检测技术及其在无创产前诊断、无创胚胎植入前筛查中的应用研究。主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项；主持江苏省自然科学基金面上项目1项；作为学术骨干人员参与多项国家自然基金项目。在SCI学术期刊发表论文10余篇，其中以第一作者在mBio, Prenatal Diagnosis等杂志发表多篇论文。获2019年首届全国病理学青年教师授课比赛总决赛一等奖；2019年第二届中国MBBS青年教师英文授课竞赛二等奖；东南大学医学院优秀授课教师。主持东南大学教学改革项目1项。在在线开放课程《病理形态实验学》、《系统病理学（全英文）》和《基础病理学（全英文）》中担任骨干教师。
