钱锋教授是清华大学长聘教授、药学院院长。钱锋教授本科、硕士毕业于清华大学材料科学与工程系,于美国Case Western Reserve University获得生物医学工程博士学位,随后就职于美国制药企业Bristol-Myers Squibb Company(百时美-施贵宝公司),担任研发部主任科学家, 从事新型药物递送技术、新药研发、项目管理、学术合作等工作。2012年回国在清华大学药学院任教至今。钱锋教授目前的主要研究兴趣包括:1)针对胰腺癌的多种药物递送技术和新型药物设计;2)针对视网膜疾病的蛋白药物设计和递送。钱锋实验室专注于探索与药物递送相关的重要生物学机制,各类药物的结构和药剂学性质的关联,旨在为多种药物设计最佳递送和制剂方案。同时,钱锋课题组也致力于设计具备最佳递送和治疗效果的新药,以充分调控靶点的生物学机制、获得最佳的治疗窗口和最优的病人依从性,等。钱锋教授作为国家高层次人才项目入选者,拥有研发新型制剂技术支持了多个中美新药的临床研究和上市的经验,已发表学术论文70余篇,是药剂学国际期刊Molecular Pharmaceutics的副主编,同时担任中国药学会药剂专业委员会和监管科学专业委员会委员。
研究方向
(1)针对癌症、眼科疾病的药物递送:本实验室致力于设计和评估针对胰腺癌、老年黄斑病变等疾病的新型药物和药物递送体系。主要研究兴趣是针对或利用疾病的生物学特征和临床需求进行合理的药物和递送体系设计,以期获得具有更好的治疗效果,并可临床和工业转化的新型治疗药物。
(2) 物理药剂学: 在化学药物和多肽药物制剂领域,本实验室长期研究新型制剂的设计策略,用于提高不符合“rule of five”新药分子的生物利用度。在蛋白药物制剂领域,本课题组的研究兴趣为研究设计用于皮下和局部注射用的高浓度蛋白制剂。以上研究的根本目的是为未来新药产品开发提供理论依据和技术手段。
