魏华 南昌大学教授、博士生导师    

   魏华,二级教授,博士生导师,食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定成员南昌大学研究生院副院长,曾留学德国、芬兰并取得自然科学博士学位。赣鄱英才555工程人选、江西省新世纪百千万人才工程第一、二层次人选、江西省主要学科学术带头人、江西省政府特殊津贴获得者。中国微生物学会理事,中华预防医学会微生态分会委员、微生态与健康教育专业委员会副主任委员、中国科技产业化促进委员会微生态与医疗专业委员会副主任委员、江西省微生物学会理事长,兼任江西省欧美同学会(留学人员联谊会)副秘书长。

从事益生菌、药食同源与人体大健康的应用基础性研究27年,主持(完成)国家863专题、国家科技基础平台工作重点项目子项目、科技部十二科技支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等课题十余项;发表SCI论文百余篇,获批35项中国发明专利;荣获中国食品科学技术学会技术发明一等奖和江西省科技进步一等奖各1项,省技术发明二等奖2项、省自然科学奖1项、省科技进步奖3项。主要学术研究方向:1、传统发酵食品和健康/特殊人群中益生菌的筛选及益生性、安全性评价;2、益生菌、致病菌和肠上皮细胞相互作用的分子水平研究;3、特殊益生菌及其功能蛋白、多糖物质代谢,以及对机体微生态平衡和健康影响的探究。
