致力于食品安全方面的研究并积极地将研究成果推广应用。在食品安全领域制定了第一个免疫层析方法检测“瘦肉精”的农业行业标准。所研发的食品安全快速检测产品覆盖全国31个省、自治区和直辖市,广泛应用于“从农田到餐桌”全过程的监管。研究成果为政府成功应对重大食品安全危机提供了技术支撑,为重大社会活动提供了食品安全保障,为农产品生产和食品工业可持续发展及广大人民群众“舌尖上的安全”提供了技术支持。
