Recently, several scientific news channels reported MaPSAiD's recent work on sigma-1 receptor, which was online in Nature Communications on July 4. This work present crystal structures of sigma-1 receptor in complex with two endogenous neurosteroid ligands, revealing their binding mechanisms to sigma-1 receptor.
