招聘岗位：博士后研究员

应聘条件：

1、具有博士学位，35周岁以下；

2、光电功能材料、多孔材料、能源材料、光学超材料相关专业背景：有机/高分子合成、分子自组装、半导体材料、多孔材料、能源存储与转化材料/器件、光学超材料等研究背景；

3、具有良好的中英文表达和写作能力，在相关领域期刊上以第一作者身份发表过高质量学术论文；

4、热爱科研并具有良好的科研职业道德，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

5、心态良好、性格开朗、有上进心、身体健康。

工作职责：

1、以科学研究工作为主，完成博士后研究任务；

2、申请国家自然科学基金、博士后基金或其他科研项目，在国内外重要刊物上发表论文；

3、协助合作导师申请科研项目；

4、参与课题组的相关管理、分担组内事务等。

岗位待遇：

1. 基本年薪不低于30万元（面议，另根据工作表现发放绩效奖励）；支持申请上海市“超级博士后”计划，获得资助后年薪38万以上；

2. 可申请上海交大配套的博士后公寓，子女可上交大幼儿园或附属小学；

3. 根据上海市博士后管理政策落户上海；

5. 部分研究方向与德国德累斯顿工业大学/马普所冯新亮教授（欧洲科学院院士）联合招聘，申请人有机会到德国从事博士后研究；

Job Title: Postdoctoral Researcher

Responsibilities:

1. Primarily engaged in scientific research work and complete postdoctoral research tasks;

2. Apply for National Natural Science Foundation of China, Postdoctoral Fund or other research projects, and publish papers in important domestic and foreign journals;

3. Assist the cooperative tutor in applying for research projects;

4. Participate in related management of the research group and share group affairs.

Qualifications:

1. Hold a doctoral degree, aged below 35;

2. Majored in photoelectric functional materials, porous materials, energy materials, optical metamaterials or have research background in organic/polymer synthesis, molecular self-assembly, semiconductor materials, porous materials, energy storage and conversion materials/devices, optical metamaterials, etc.;

3. Possess good Chinese and English communication and writing skills, and have published high-quality academic papers as the first author in relevant journals;

4. Love scientific research and possess good professional ethics, as well as good communication skills and team spirit;

5. Have a positive attitude, cheerful personality, ambition, and be physically healthy.

Salary and Benefits:

1. The basic annual salary is not less than RMB 280,000 (negotiable, with performance-based incentives); support for applying for the "Super Postdoctoral" program in Shanghai, with an annual salary of more than RMB 380,000 after obtaining funding;

2. Can apply for a postdoctoral apartment provided by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and children can attend kindergarten or primary school affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University;

3. Register residence in Shanghai according to the management policy of Shanghai postdoctoral program;

5. Some research directions are jointly recruited with Professor Xinliang Feng from Technische Universität Dresden/Max Planck Institute (Academician of European Academy of Sciences), applicants have the opportunity to pursue postdoctoral research in Germany;
