Dengke Ma Professor The Ma group @ CCMU
Dr. Dengke Ma, Professor, PhD Supervisor, Department of Chemical Biology, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Capital Medical University (CMU). He graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Zhejiang University, under the supervision of Prof. Shengming Ma for his PhD in June 2017. Then he joined the group of Prof. Jianwei Sun, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) for postdoctoral research in August 2017. After that, he joined the group of Prof. Paolo Melchiorre, The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ), Spain, for further postdoctoral research and got the Marie Curie Individual Fellowship there. In April 2022, he joined the Department of Chemical Biology, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Capital Medical University, China, to start his own group and conduct independent research. His research interests include asymmetric catalysis and synthesis, photocatalysis, synthetic electrochemistry, and synthesis of natural products and drug molecules. He has published more than 20 academic papers in Nat. Catal., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Org. Lett., Chem. Commun., Org. Chem. Front. and other journals. His research work has been highlighted or selected as HOT paper for many times, and he also has been authorized two Chinese invention patents and co-edited one book.
