Jinxing Ma Professor School of Ecology, Environment and Resources, Guangdong University of Technology
Professor Dr. Jinxing Ma is vice dean of teaching and international collaboration in School of Ecology, Environment and Resources, Guangdong University of Technology. He has been granted the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund Project (Overseas), the Guangdong Natural Science Outstanding Youth Fund Project and the 25th Guangdong Youth May Fourth Medal. His research interest is focused on wastewater reclamation and safe use. In the past 5 years, he has hosted the National Excellent Youth Project (overseas), the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Australian Research Council Linkage Project. He has published more than 140 SCI papers in journals such as Environmental Science & Technology and Water Research (including 52 papers retrieved by the Natural Index), with a total citation of nearly 8,700. 7 has been listed as ESI hot and/or highly cited papers. More than 20 international and domestic invention patents have been authorized, and the research results have been incorporated into the Dutch policy reference standards. He has served as the global co-chair of the 6th Battery Capacitor Deion and electric Separation Conference, member of the International Water Association-China Youth Committee, editorial board member of international SCI Journal Chinese Chemical Letters, Desalination, Journal of Water Technology, and Carbon Research. Since 2019, he has been selected as one of the "Top 2% of Top Scientists in the world" and one of the Top 40 Young scientists in Australia (2 in environmental science).
