Gusu Young Professor Green Catalysis for Waste Valorisation
Yaxuan Jing is a Gusu Young Professor, Distinguished Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor of Nanjing University. He is working on State Key Laboratory of Pollution Control and Resource Reuse, and Institute of Environment and Health at the Frontier Science Institute (Suzhou Campus). He received a B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from East China University of Science and Technology (supervisor: Prof. Yanqin Wang). He studied at National University of Singapore as a joint Ph.D. student (supervisor: Prof. Ning Yan) and was awarded the title of 'Super Postdoctoral Fellow' in Shanghai. His research is centered around advanced catalysis and green chemistry, with a special focus on the valorization of waste plastics and biomass. He has published 22 papers as the first/corresponding author in well-known journals in the fields of catalysis, environment, and energy, such as Angelw Chem. Int. Ed., CHEM, Nat. Rev. Chem., Acc.
