PI Machine Learning and Computational Metabolomics
Ji Hongchao, associate researcher, graduated from Central South University in 2020 with a doctor of science. He is engaged in metabonomics and proteomics, chemometrics and chemical informatics, machine learning and deep learning research. He presides over the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Post doctoral Science Foundation, and the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Program. He published 6 papers as the first author including Nature Communications, Cell Chemical Biology, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Analytical Chemistry, and served as guest editor of Metabolite, youth editorial board member of iMeta, and reviewer of Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, Chemicals and Intelligent Laboratory Systems. He has won the Excellent Doctoral Thesis of Central South University, the Top Doctoral President Scholarship of Central South University, the National Scholarship for Doctoral Postgraduates, and the Excellent Doctoral Graduates of Hunan Province.
